Trattoria Stefano​

Pasta Maker

This would be a part-time position to start with the ability to grow into a full-time position. Résumés can be sent to:

Duties would include:

  • Training with our current pasta maker in the art of extrusion as well as sheeted fresh pasta and filled pastas

  • Making pasta for Trattoria Stefano, Il Ritrovo and Stefano’s Slo Food Market

  • Creating different pastas according to the needs of chefs


  • Operating commercial mixer, extrusion machine as well as dough sheeter

  • Cooking experience not required but preferred

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Ability to work independently


Line Cooks

We are seeking an experienced chef/cook Trattoria Stefano and Il Ritrovo Pizza. Previous fine dining experience and a passion for excellence in the culinary arts required. Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred.


Seeking outgoing and self motivated individuals to join our team to provide exceptional service to guests dining in our restaurants.


Duties to include by not limited to: anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly, bussing and resetting tables according to established standards, assisting servers and hosts to provide quality service, keeping chairs and floors clear of debris, performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
