Large portabella mushroom cap stuffed with brown rice, Italian sausage, and mushrooms.

Melanzane Parmigiana
A Southern classic! Layers of lightly fried eggplant, San Marzano tomato sauce,
parmigiano, and fresh basil. Served with dressed greens. $12.95
Insalata di Cavolfiori
Warm roasted cauliflower salad with pickled red onions, capers and black olives.
Served over sautéed spinach. $12.95
Rotolo di Fritatta
A thin herb frittata stuffed with local Evalon goat cheese and a roasted pepper puree.
