Pardi Wine Dinner Thursday, January 28th 6:30pm Cocktails   7pm Dinner Come meet the owner of the Pardi Winery from Umbria and sample a selection of their wines. Wines will be served with each course. Antipasto Affetati Misti House made breasola, mortadella, and cotechino with lentils. Insalata Insalata con Rucola, Pecorino, Pignoli e Pere Arugula salad with pears, pecorino and pine nuts with plump soaked raisins. Dressed with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Primo Zuppa con Legumi, Fagioli e Cereali A hearty mixed bean and grain soup with bits of fresh pasta cooked in. Secondo Cinghiale in Umido A deep, rich braise of wild boar over polenta. Served with sautéed kale. Dolce Ricotta Fresca Fresh house made ricotta and chocolate mousse with a crispy cookie. $75 per person. Tax and gratuity not included.
