New Year’s Eve at Trattoria Stefano Saturday, December 31st    5pm – 10pm Amuse It’s a surprise! Antipasto Sformato di Patate e Tartufo / Cotechino con Lenticchie Potato truffle flan / Cotechino salame with lentils Insalata Invernale Duck Confit with pickled cherries, citrus, roasted grapes, red onion, apple, frisee & aquaponics butter lettuce. Dressed in an agrodolce vinaigrette and finished with chopped hazelnuts. Zuppa Crema di Cavolfiore e Pastinaca al Aragosta An elegant cauliflower and parsnip lobster broth “bisque” garnished with lobster and crunchy fried carrots. Carne Anatra con Mostarda e Castagne Pan roasted Rohan duck breast with mostarda and roasted chestnuts. Served with duck fat smoked potatoes and sautéed brussel sprout leaves. OR Pesce Spiedine di Capasante e Gamberoni U-8 Shrimp and scallop with black truffle butter served over farotto and lobster stock braised leeks.
