Menus
The dinner menu for Trattoria Stefano is based on our travels throughout Italy. Additionally, there are daily specials featuring appetizers, salad, pasta, fish and meat dishes. We use local, natural products from the farmers in our area including beef, lamb, chicken, pork, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. All of our bread and desserts are baked in-house daily.
ANTIPASTI
Seppie Griglia
Calamari's elegant cousin!! Grilled cuttlefish served in a light lemon, white wine and garlic sauce. $11.95
Bruschetta
Our homemade bread with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil and a garlic and cherry tomato rub. $5.95

Caprese con Piquillo
Local fresh mozzarella-stuffed piquillo peppers atop mixed greens with red onion, cherry tomatoes,
roasted roma tomatoes and bufala mozzarella dressed in extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. $13.95

Treviso, castelfranco, frisee, arugula and shaved parmigiano dressed in lemon juice and aged balsamic vinegar. $9.95
